Periodic appraisal systems
Periodic appraisal systems provide the Customers with effective tools for managing employees’ potential. It may contribute to accelerating employees’ development and monitoring their progress at all levels of management.
To a large extent organisation’s prosperity depends on its ability to effectively use human resources. The objectives and form of periodic appraisal is always agreed upon by the Customer and Advisory Group TEST Human Resources’ Consultant in charge of the project.
We usually recommend developing the appraisal system jointly, i.e. by the company’s management board, its key employees and Advisory Group TEST Human Resources’ Consultants. It allows us to design individual periodic appraisal system that suits Customer’s needs.
The Consultants responsible for the project advise the Customer on selecting one of many appraisal options. The periodic appraisal may comprise competency-based appraisal, traditional appraisal, 360° feedback, periodic appraisal system combined with MBO, development-oriented periodic appraisal and payroll-related periodic appraisal.
TEST’s Consultants participate in conducting informational campaign. In addition, they carry out training for superiors and informative meetings for employees. The entire process ends with the evaluation of the appraisal system, conducted once the first edition of appraisal has been completed.
