Office Administration Specialist Ref. No: 6512

Kingfisher plc is a home improvement company operating nearly 1,200 stores in 10 countries in Europe. We employ 77,000 people and nearly six million customers shop in our stores and online every week.

Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural organization
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention for details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changes
  • Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines


Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the main reception
  • Organization of business trips for managers and employees – travel requests, bookings for hotels and flights, etc. 
  • Facilitation and organization of meetings – calendars management, help with the agenda, room booking
  • Maintaining facilities management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Support in the administration area
  • Daily support for department managers and employees
  • Supporting team events and employee-oriented actions
  • Working hours 8-16 and 10-18
