Kingfisher is currently opening a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in process improvement/automation/system implementation
  • Experience in process transition
  • Advanced English
  • Availability for business trips
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define appropriate solutions
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement would be an asset
  • Knowledge of the SAP System, SharePoint, Databases or Business Intelligence would be an asset
  • Project Management certification would be an asset
  • Knowledge of SSC/BPO environment as well as understanding of financial processes will be highly appreciated


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting transition project based on internal rules, target, plan and budget
  • Managing transition team
  • Building and developing positive relationships with company’s branches, ensuring proper communication and professional support
  • Proactive cooperation with process executives and handling arising challenges with solution-oriented approach
  • Analyzing, identifying and automation of business processes
  • Identifying and monitoring risk of implemented processes
  • Ensuring compliance of transitions for each company branch
  • Internal reporting within the team and other business areas
