Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in PTP area
• Experience in Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency) and Project Management
• Very good command of English
• Strong interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Customer orientation and intercultural competence
• SAP experience
• Experience in leading different productive operational platforms
• Openness to international travel (up to 20%)

Responsibilities:

Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the Invoice Control process.

Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the Lufthansa Global Business Services customers.

Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity.

Tasks:

• Defines the process based on input of Process Owner and Process Managers
• Defines process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
• Defines roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
• Defines process performance indicators
• Drives process improvement
• Improves processes in collaboration with Process Owner, Process Managers and Employees
• Communicates process changes
• Monitors process performance on an overall level
• Drives a definition and continuous enhancement of a process
• Drives development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line with agreed saving targets.
• Identifies process risks and defines mitigation measures and controls.
• Assures process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
• Initiates and steers group wide projects and programs
