Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide  delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Real Estate/Facility Management area
• Working experience in a Real Estate service center will be an asset
• Knowledge of Facility Management and ticketing tools will be an asset (e.g. Famos, SSF SAP)
• Very good command of English
• Command of German will be an asset
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong service orientation
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Availability for business travel (DACH region)

Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Support Center assists the Lufthansa Group real estate management organization by successively taking over the external operative back-office processes. Lufthansa Group real estate management covers the complete life cycle of a building including portfolio management, project management, lease management, space management and facility management. This enables synergies across the group by bundling and uniformly dealing with real estate topics. On the one hand, this increases the flexibility of the real estate organization, on the other hand, increases customer satisfaction.

A key role of this position is to pursue proactively opportunities for bundling the back-office real estate processes across entities and develop implementation strategies as part of the group real estate leadership team.

• Building up the real estate support center for Lufthansa Group
• Continuous further development and optimization of processes and concepts in group real estate
• Takeover and implementation of all necessary Facility Management support processes in group real estate, e. g. FM-provider management, escalation management (maintenance, cleaning, space management etc.)
• Support provider management by KPI reporting, performance and invoice checks
• Using the Real Estate tools (AutoCad and CAFM-Tools) and ticketing tools (SSF SAP)
• Working on further facility management topics
