Requirements:

  • Minimum  5 years experience on HR Manager position 
  • Experience in SSC/BPO HR Management/ Business Partnering as an asset
  • Master's degree in Management/ HRM
  • Postgraduate HRM studies
  • Coaching education as an asset
  • Fluent spoken and written English


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entity’s legal compliance with the Polish Labor Law, HR administration policies and payroll
  • Manages all HR budgets (salary, recruitment, training etc), incl. FTEs budget
  • Holds ownership for the HR related KPIs, organisational chart and overall GBS retention
  • Accountable for the recruitment and GBS employees’ development
  • Actively supports the GBS leadership and HR solutions, maintaining employees motivation and loyalty indexes below the market average
  • Builds and develops business partnership with the GBS Leadership
  • Ensures compliance with Health & Safety requirements
