Requirements:

  • The previous experience of working in BPO and Service Operations
  • Familiarity with sales operations or digital marketing area will be a strong advantage
  • Min. 3 years of leadership (experience in managing teams of at least 40 people)   
  • The practice experience of cooperating with vendors, supliers, stakeholders etc.
  • Very good  knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid customer issue resolution ability and strong quantitative analysis skills 
  • An aptitude for multi-discipline management in a fast-paced, ever changing, high stress environment
  • Ability to present and propose ideas, best practices and business methodologies to external and internal client base
  • Very good English communication skills 
  • Ability to travel with little notice


What will you be responsible for?

  • Working with the Client and conforming to contract terms and conditions, budget and program requisition requirements  
  • Participating in and leading conference calls, meetings with the Client, developing long-term client satisfaction
  • Setting, measuring and implementing monthly and quarterly goals for all program personnel – especially sales or lead generation quotas and attainmenting Client revenue objectives
  • Working with Program Manager and Partner to establish metrics for inbound and outbound sales teams
  • Managing teams to achieve maximum phone coverage for the Partner and their customers
  • Coaching and managing the sales teams; insuring the teams are managing to their required work schedules and managing to the KPIs set forth by the Partner
  • Working with all internal departmental personnel in coordination with program goals
