Requirements:

• University diploma (preferably Business / Finance / Economy)
• Min. 5 years experience in BPO or SSC organization, out of it min. 2 years experience in similar role
• Experience in managing business process models
• Knowledge of business process modelling tools, i.e. ARIS 
• Knowledge of BPMN notation
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting and Procurement processes would be an asset
• Lean management certificate / proven knowledge and experience would be an asset
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding environment and work with people from diverse culture
• Good client facing and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Devises and implements business process model standards & frameworks, inlcuding process modelling notation
• Prepares, organises and executes process modelling trainings for Functional Excellence Team members and Service Excellence employees
• Provides process modelling expertise, advisory and insights during the transformational projects being run by Functional Excellence Team or Service Excellence
• Closely cooperates with the Functional Excellence Team as an enabler for Transformation - support facilitation of process workshops involving liaising with the users and process requirements and/or lead the redesign process workshops (under Functional Excellence umbrella)
• Admin role for business process models changes
• Creation of business process model templates
• Attends meetings at all levels in association with the above duties, in particular with Service Excellence and Functional Excellence
