What do you need to have?

  • Availability to full time employment (both professionals or graduates/ students can apply)
  • Good German skills (min. B2) and communicative knowledge of English
  • The previous experience of working in an Administration or in a Customer Service area will be an asset
  • Good communication skills and client-focused attitude
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, systematic and accurate
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office, general IT understanding)


What will you be responsible for?

As a part of a newly created Service & Sales Team, you will be resposible for providing email first line support for the company’s external clients  (e.g. hospitals and clinics):

  • Handling orders and processing them in SAP system
  • Analysing correctness of the data with the contracts
  • Reconciling costs of repairs and maintenance of products, issuing invoices
  • Responding  to business inquiries
  • Cooperating with internal departments and the business
  • Following internal controls requirements
  • Creating and maintaining internal manuals, processes and procedures
