Senior Media Specialist (SEO, Paid Search) Ref. No: 6941

For our Client, an international company which specialize in media strategy, planning and execution for health and wellness brands we currently looking for an experienced Senior Media Specialist.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Expectations:

A MUST:

  • Fluent English – written and oral
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience running both paid search and SEO programs
  • Understanding of metrics and analytical thinking
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Flawless presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office Excel proficiency
  • Willingness to travel

Nice to have:

  • Experience with multiple markets including United States, United Kingdom, Asia, South America and Russia
  • Working knowledge of Bing, Yandrex and Baidu search advertising platforms and regulations
  • Working knowledge and experience using Tableau
  • Experience with highly regulated industries, such as financial or pharmaceuticals
  • Working knowledge of Serach tools: Kantar Media AdGooRoo, Ryte, SEMRush, MOZ


The Media Specialist  responsibilities include:

  • Strategy/Planning & Presentation Development: Ensure campaigns align with client goals and objectives; provide campaign insights and recommendations; Communicate directly with media reps; prioritize deliverables across accounts, balancing urgency and importance. Assist in media planning efforts as needed. Work with SEO team on search landscape analysis and benchmarking, keyword research, technical audit, link building techniques consideration and proposals
  • New Business: support new business efforts as needed: estimate media budget, run audits, develop  deck and other new business materials
  • Client Management: Participate in internal status meetings and client discussions (as applicable)
  • Execution/Campaign & Project Management: ensure flawless execution; help identify bottlenecks, providing recommendations for improvement; Develop insertion orders for media campaigns following UM approved language, verify accuracy of all IOs & invoices. Develop keyword and copy recommendations, run and own results of paid search campaigns. Participate in SEO eeforts, including but not limited to: website tagging (meta, title, images,..), sitemaps development, execute link-building research and outreach, structured data creation, disavow files mainatanance
  • Training, Mentoring & Onboarding: Mentor & train associates; provide on-boarding documents for new hires, work closely with Ad Operations to ensure they get involved in appropriate processes
  • Measurement & Reporting: Ensure delivery of  reporting, on-time and error free; regularly monitor campaign performance through campaign trackers that allow us to quickly identify trends and insights, ensuring campaign performance is aligned with original program estimates; develop necessary campaign trackers that we can share internally to monitor performance and collaborate on insights.
