O2C Accountant - Risk Monitoring Analyst Ref. No: 6971

 Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide  delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies
• Min. 1 year of professional experience in O2C or Revenue Accounting
• Good command of English
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the process
• Team player
• Interested in gathering knowledge in Risk Management area

Responsibilities:

• Constant monitoring and evaluating of International Air Transport Association agents sales risk  
• Searching and gathering information from IATA, available sales system and internet sites
• Preparing agent’s portfolio
• Informing respective person about possible risk
• Creation of ad hoc reports
• Support development of the process-specific tools and process improvements
