Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides providing and steering the respective services the goal is to also harmonize, standardize and continuously improve the efficiency and efficacy of processes. LGBS is a global company with locations in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Cracow, Manila and Mexico City.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in process optimization, improvements or in analytical/reporting/IT role
• Experience in identifying of automation opportunities and designing automation solutions will be an asset
• Experience in project management will be an asset
• Good English and German skills
• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and systematic approach to work
• Good time management skills and ability to manage several different projects and priorities in parallel

Responsibilities:

• Analysing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be automated
• Processing document information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models
• Analysing process models as they are, comparing them to the future and improved designs  and determining the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state
• Writing business process management specifications to be used by the developers for process automation
• Cooperating  with developers and supporting them with developing automation tools
• Testing and executing processes to ensure that the right results are achieved
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of automations
• Ensuring training documentation and successful go live
• Coordinating a set of automation projects end to end
• Maintaining contact with internal clients in English or German
