Support Specialist for Flight Attendants – German Speaker Ref. No: 7001

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Providing Hotline for Flight Attendants concerning variety of onboard sales inquiries
• Audit and settlement of duty free sales made by the Flight Attendants
• Support in fraud prevention concerning inflight shopping
• Processing of refund requests for returned onboard sales articles
• Working on variety of systems and applications
