Requirements:

• 6-12 months in a similar role
• Very good command of English
• Danish language will be an asset
• ITIL foundation knowledge
• Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems 
• Service minded and customer orientation
• Basic Knowledge about Citrix and VPN
• Basic IT knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office365 suite and Windows 10 operating system
• Basic IT knowledge of remote access, telephony and digital signage

Responsibilities:

Junior IT Support role is a wide role within the Global Service and Support area, covering end user IT support of Danish Crown standardised IT platform.

• 1st line IT support
• 1st level SAP support
• Network management – Wan and Lan
• Operating, installation, backup, monitoring and support VMWARE and physical servers
• Microsoft Office/Office365 and supporting components in a Microsoft environment
• Desktop and Application Management
• SharePoint configuration and monitoring
• Operation of SAP on a hosted environment
• Unified Communication services
• Printing and document handling services
• Projects, security, processes, and architecture
