Requirements:

• 1-2 year experience in audit or internal controls
• Basis of risk and control concept, especially in financial processes
• Basic knowledge of typical financial processes in organization (AP, AR, GL, HR)
• Basic knowledge of information security and data protection standards
• Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Sharepoint or DocSpace administration
• Very good command of English
• Command of German will be an asset
• High communication skills
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work

Responsibilities:

• Regular tracking of open audit actions with their owners and reporting the status to the management
• Ensuring that all open audit actions are closed timely and accurately
• Ensuring that sustainable measures are implemented to avoid issues reoccurrence
• Supporting audit manager in conducting operational audits on processes in Service Delivery
• Working with Process Management on designing preventive controls based on observations
• Preparing and coordinating audits announced by internal and external auditors (back-up function)
• Developing trusted relation with audit actions owners based on cooperation and trust
• Preparing compliance awareness trainings and campaigns
