Our client is an international insourcing center with a stable position on a market, providing complex finance and accounting services.


What do you need to have?

  • University Degree in Economy / Finance/Accounting or others
  • Wide professional experience in AP area
  • Previous experience in people management will be an asset (Senior specialists with wide expertise or Team Leader’s back-ups will be considered as well)
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Tableau knowledge will be an advantage
  • Multi-tasking ability and work with a diverse international team
  • Orientation towards  providing excellent customer service


Your area of responsibilities will include:

 As an Accounts Payable Team Leader you will be liable for global AP Help Desk processes.

 

  • Management of the team: delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, monitoring team performance
  • Working collaboratively with different finance departments to facilitate operational efficiencies in terms of timely invoice validation & query resolution
  • Daily management of operational activities to ensure quality delivery of services and comply business and finance standards and policies
  • Monitoring, interpreting and reporting team key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements in relation to AP processes
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of AP processes and procedures
