Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience (min. 1 year)
• Knowledge of risk and control concept
• Basic knowledge of typical financial processes in organization (general overview AP, AR, GL)
• Professional experience in shared services centre
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Attention to detail and focus on deliverables quality
• Communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Clear and concise documentation skills
• Proactivity, can do attitude

Responsibilities:

• Acting as single point of contact for auditors during audits preparation and execution
• Maintaining tracker of open audit activities (all types) and regularly updating them with feedback collected from actions owners
• Evidence gathering and its critical self- assessment
• Monthly reporting of the all audit types open actions status to the top management and flagging actions at risk
• Preparing compliance awareness trainings and campaigns
• Internal procedures update
• Design and execution of dedicated controls
• Regular follow up of existing requirements and sharing the knowledge with employees
• Tracking of information security incidents and defining remediation actions
• Supporting audit manager in conducting operational audits over processes in the Global Service Delivery
