For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

What do you need to have?

• Experience in learning design/training area (in particular systems/tools training experience or transformation projects)
• Experience and understanding of the different training tools and medium
• Previous experience in SAP
• Fluent English
• Self-starter and ‘hands on’ mentality
• Persuasive communicator
• Creative mindset
• Passionate about developing others

What will be your role?

As the Learning Designer &Training Systems Specialist you are responsible for:

• Creating, implementing and tracking training content for multiple groups (i.e., designing the training needs analysis approach, training program and training material etc.)
• Creating a learning and experience toolkit that can be easily implemented to the entities
• Actively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning
• Facilitate orientation and training; communicate policies and procedures to managers and new employees as needed
