Our Client, a big American corporation producing quality consumer products opened a new European Service Centre, which provides service to European affiliates and Business Owners. Currently, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: Recruitment Specialist.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment environment
• Working experience in running end-to-end recruitment projects (would be an asset)
• Experience in conducting face to face interviews (preferable)
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, customer approach
• University degree (HRM, psychology, sociology preferred)
• Fluent English language required
• Ability to work with MS Office tools
• Advance knowledge of Excel would be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for effective and on time recruitment processes 
• Responsibility for the communication with internal and external recruitment stakeholders
• Liaise with hiring managers in planning and executing all sourcing and selection activities
• Design and implement employer branding for the centre and participate in recruiting events
• Report to Talent Acquisition Supervisor for progress update and all recruitment statistics
• Responsibility for new billet and job offer approval process compliance
• Participating in other ad hoc HR tasks/projects
