Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/International Trade or related
  • Min. 4 years of experience in procurement/sourcing area
  • Solid knowledge about procurement processes incl. P2P, sourcing, contract management
  • Familiar with process design methodology incl. process maps and framework procedures
  • Project management experience preferable
  • Working experience in SSC/BPO structure will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • English – min. C1
  • French – would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting implementation of Transactional Procurement team in the organization
  • Design of procurement processes incl. drafting process maps and framework procedures
  • Leading/supporting procurement related projects
  • Close cooperation with the Group Procurement
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Reporting & analysis of supplier spend
  • Supporting other team members in more complex queries
