Our Client is a leader in an investment sector in German speaking countries. As the largest independent investment company in this area it hires over 650 employees. Due to the opening a new centre in Cracow, the company is looking for German speakers with accounting or financial background.

What do you need to have?

  • Previous experience in an accounting area or on similiar positions
  • Some knowledge in the area of fund investments, securities or derivatives will be a strong asset
  • Good German and English skills (min. B2)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Proactivity and ability to work under pressure
  • Teamwork skills
  • Analytical mindset

What will you be responsible for?

  • Processing the give-up invoices
  • Managing complaints and the escalation of internal and external invoices as required, as well as checking, posting and issuing instructions 
  • Documenting the invoice status in the invoice ledger
  • Archiving and researching relevant documents
  • Coordinating with the custodians and billers
