For our international client we are looking for candidates interested in Human Resources area.

You are a perfect candidate if you:

• At least 3 years of  Experience in similar role (HR Specialist, HR Generalist or Junior HR Professional)
• Knowledge of human resources regulations
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Knowledge of Polish employment law
• Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to organize workload

Your area of responsibilities will include:

• Providing HR policy guidance, assisting with new hire and onboarding process
• Reporting directly to Business Center Manager
• Day-to-day operational HR support provided to employees and managers.
• Delivering HR services and advice to all internal customers
• Supporting various HR projects and initiatives
