Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment environment (would be an asset)
• Working experience in running end-to-end recruitment projects (would be an asset)
• Experience in conducting face to face interviews (preferable)
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, customer approach
• University degree 
• Fluent English language required
• Ability to work with MS Office tools
• Advance knowledge of Excel would be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
• Run the recruitment projects; sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing
• Representing company on the job fairs, meetups, conferences
• Building pipeline of CVs, trawling job boards and exhausting all job board searches
• Build relationships with candidates to secure best candidate experience
