For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Ideally a good understanding of project and programme management principles and techniques, or previous experience in a Project Support Officer-type of role
• Experience in a changing, demanding and agile international environment
• Advanced IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams
• Analytical skills
• Finance knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

The Design Integration Board and the Design Authority are two vital bodies in the governance of the transformation programme. They ensure the deliverables are in line with the scope and quality outlined by the programme board. As Project Support Officer you have an important role in maintaining the progress overview and ensure regular follow-ups with the design teams and work-streams. You are responsible for the organisation and logistics of the monthly meeting as well as support to drive the agenda and ensure timely delivery of presentations and pre-reads.

 

As part of the Design Integration team you are responsible for:

• Being a gate keeper for quality and aligned submissions to the Design Integration Board from design teams and work-streams
• Ensuring well documented meeting minutes and regular follow-ups on open items
• Developing and maintaining the decision library
• In close collaboration with the design teams and work-streams preparing a clear backlog of design decisions
• Organising the monthly Design Authority meetings, both logistics as well as developing and driving the agenda for the meeting, ensuring timely delivery of presentations and pre-reads
• Project support and ad-hoc reports as required
