Product Owner (Intercompany tooling) Ref. No: 7284

For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Experience in working within an Agile environment (as Product Owner is a plus)
  • Experience in using Agile, Design Thinking approach and available resources to enhance the quality of project deliverables and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Ability to effectively engage stakeholders within the business
  • Ability to explain, strategize and present the vision on the end solution to the stakeholders
  • Finance / Intercompany knowledge is a plus


Responsibilities:

You will have an important role in facilitating the design and build for the Intercompany tooling, guarding the business requirements and acting as linking pin between the IT development team and the project manager. 

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Defining the goals, vision and product roadmap for the Intercompany tooling
  • Managing the product backlog for the Intercompany tooling
  • Translating the business needs into product requirements and weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders
  • Supporting the Project Management and project team in the Agile ways of Working, and participating in all scrum events (e.g. daily scrum, sprint review, retrospectives)
  • Challenging and sparing on project management level, and acting as linking pin between the IT development team and the project manager
  •  Delivering the MVP Tooling (development + pilot support)
