Continuous Improvement Project Lead Ref. No: 7286

Our Client, an international corporation, has opened for its European finance operations, a new SSC in Cracow. We are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position: Continuous Improvement Project Lead.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and use of its formulas
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in working with SAP system would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving (strong attention to details)
  • Communication skills and ability to deliver results through others
  • Good project management skills
  • Very good stakeholder’s management skills


Responsibilities:

  • Preform analysis of selected financial processes in order to identify inefficiencies and other opportunities of process improvements and automations
  • Together with the project team design target solution and to-be process including definition of functional specifications
  • Manage CI/automation projects
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Support business case calculation
