Our Client, a big American corporation producing quality consumer products oped a new European Service Centre, which provides service to European affiliates and Business Owners. Currently, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: Global Annual Rewards Process Lead.

Region: Kraków (Kraków-Śródmieście), małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Work according to the annual processing plan to ensure incentives and merits are paid out on time and accurately to all plan participants
  • Coordinate annual activities related to merit and variable pay from a system perspective
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and, helping to define, create and implement a consistent employee experience for processing annual bonuses and salary increases
  • Be a focal point of contact for merit and variable pay processing issues globally
  • Propose process solutions, sets new processes and/or adjusts already existing processes with regards to merit and variable pay, based on program redesign or policies coming from Total Rewards Center of Excellence
  • Maintain, updates and continuously improves tools, systems processes and documentation used
  • Responsible for change management from process and system perspectives

What you’ll need:

  • Broad knowledge and experience in Goals and Performance Management, Rewards (annual bonus and salary increase) processes, practices, activities and systems is required
  • Demonstrated ability to re-engineer processes and performed change management to ensure adoption of associates
  • Ability to foresight problems/processes on a holistic level to determine the best and most feasible solution, challenge status-quo
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to formulate conclusions and make proactive recommendations, evaluate and simplify end-to-end customer experiences
  • Experience in analyzing HR systems set-ups and cross dependencies
  • Has a high degree of process and functional knowledge, continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Strong communication, presentation and advanced Business English skills
  • MS Office - intermediate leve


Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced analyst who wants to make global annual rewards process delivery best in class. This role is responsible for global processing of annual bonuses and merit increases. It will act as a process owner, problem solver project manager and liaison to multiple cross-functional teams globally to ensure amounts are calculated and paid accurately.
