For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of:  HR Team Leader.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Experience in leading recruitment projects
  • Strong professional experience in HR / Recruitment area in international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or psychology
  • Experience in managing recruitment teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and English
  • Creating positive atmosphere and fostering a strong team engagement 


Responsibilities:

  • Developing, initiating and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Gathering and analysing data related to recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews and new hires
  • Coordinating sourcing methods and tracking the effectiveness of those methods
  • Creating employer branding campaigns
  • Building a good image of the company on the local market
  • Prioritizing activities needed to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Building positive relationships with business partners to improve outcomes and ensure KPIs are met
  • Line management of the recruitment team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. other department’s representatives, vendors of recruitment services)
