Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional Web Development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Python, JSON
• Knowledge of Django or Mako or Jinja
• Experience working with HTML
• Experience working with Hubl, HubDB or other templating engines on HubSpot will be an asset
• High communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Openness to learning new platforms
• Personal desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing back-end web code – writing clean, semantic code at all times;
• Leveraging the HubSpot API and other APIs to build integrations between platforms;
• Developing new website pages;
• Maintaining and improving our websites;
• Developing landing pages, emails, and other reusable templates;
• Working with front-end developers to review and ensure the feasibility of website designs;
• Contributing to the creation of internal libraries, reusable resources, and processes;
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the performance of our websites.
