Senior Executive Assistant with French Ref. No: 8266

For our client - an international company located in Krakow - we are looking for experienced candidates for the following position. This person will be responsible for overall support of managers during their work.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements

  • Fluent French and English language
  • Previous experience in a similar position in a large international company
  • Experience in working independently, prioritizing tasks, handling multiple assignments accurately
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
  • Detail oriented with exemplary organization skills
  • High level of confidence, integrity and motivation
  • Ability to adapting to changing deadlines and priorities


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar for several executives
  • Continuous review and prioritization of executive’s email and other correspondence
  • Maintain connection with executives’ direct reports
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules
  • Arrange and coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Schedule conference calls, meetings, on-site and off-site meetings, and webcasts
  • Answer and screen telephone calls
  • Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Create various presentations
  • Type, edit and proofread documents and correspondence
