Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.


  • Min. 3 years of experience in reporting area or in similar processes
  • Certification in Automation/Analytics is an added advantage
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VBA will be an asset)
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript will be an asset
  • Tableau / Lumira tools knowledge will be an asset
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken

  • Preparation of the Revenue/Cost/Sales/Business performance reports based on the data available in different EDP systems meeting the quality standards and deadlines agreed with the customer
  • Driving Efficiency in the Reporting Process through Improvement Projects and automation



  • Extraction & processing of data from various systems
  • Collection of financial information from respective departments (Sales and Finance)
  • Generation and building reports based on working instruction given by customer
  • Design of new reports requested by customer
  • Distribution reports in accordance with defined standards
  • Updating and creation process documentation on daily basis
  • Contacts directly with customers – independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal
  • SPOC for contacts with data providers (Analysis of problematic issues and reporting of all IT issues to systems if needed)
  • Implements changes in the reports requested by customer
  • Performs of KPI quality check
  • Leading & driving efficiency and improvements in the Reporting Process
  • Back-up Team Leader and manage work distribution with-in the team
  • Technical support with writing scripts / macros, building solutions, customizing of SharePoint sites etc.
  • Act as an expert from existing portfolio his / her area of responsibilities towards customers, advising them about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes / work
  • Coordinates internal projects (automations, migrations activities)
  • Drive project independently with customers
