Senior Master Data Specialist Ref. No: 6598

For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for the above position.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 3 year of experience working in data governance, preferably in Shared Service Center
  • Able to translate Business Requirements into Data Solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Pro-activeness, keen eye for detail,  improvements driver
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
  • Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel  and Word
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken), another European language is an asset
  • Able to cooperate with Management positions level
  • Willing to travel in Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of customer and vendors database in CRM and ERP system
  • Perform and coordinate daily activities to support maintenance of master data
  • Ensure the accuracy of master data, both by enforcing processes and through regular reporting and monitoring
  • Drive standardization and process consistency across business units
  • Active participation in Master Data projects within organization
  • Defining and supporting mass maintenance tools for master data operations
  • Identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Service Level agreements
  • Ensuring constant compliance with Internal Control and Audit requirements & implementing risk mitigation plans
  • Promoting knowledge and best-practice sharing
