Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Human Resources area
• Very good knowledge of Polish labour  regulations and ability to explain or give advice on employment law
• Experience in HR administration will be an asset
• Involvement in Human Capital projects will be a plus
• Very good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent and systematic approach to work
• Good organization of working time  
• Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities:

Hard HR area:

• Providing support to the leaders and associates connected with employment law
• Managing of employee documentation, administrating of benefits system in Oracle programme
• Preparing reports

Soft HR area:

• Preparing associates for new challenges, seeking and acting on opportunities for them
• Heliping to build employment culture and shape corporate strategy
• Resolving workplace conflicts
• Integrating HR initiatives, organising internal events
