Senior HR Manager Ref. No: 6615

For our Client – international company, we are currently looking for the above position.

 

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within HR on managerial position in international mid-size company (SSC experience required)
  • Master degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of: engagement, performance review and development, retention, benefits
  • Solid knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations
  • Highly developed leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coach and support other senior managers and team leaders in specific HR matters
  • Action oriented, flexible and holistic attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and problem solving attitude
  • Fluent English


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to the management in applying HR strategy, and provide proactive support and HR expertise to line management
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR processes, policies and procedures (based on existing global policies) in the areas of performance management and review, employee development and training, talent management, employee engagement and retention, succession planning etc.
  • Secure the Labor Law compliance for the company, with responsibility to represent the company in front of external institutions such as PIP, ZUS, Labor Court etc.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a robust people framework for Shared Services globally
  • Initiate HR projects and develop tools for HR processes
  • Plan and manage long term workforce planning and shorter term competence needs in terms of recruitment process
  • Develop trusting working relationship within the organization
  • Coordinate internal communication
  • Take very important part in further development of Shared Service Center
  • Manage directly a small team of HR specialists
