Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Requirements:

• Practical experience in supporting and managing SAP applications (SAP ERP, SAP S/4 Hana)
• Experience in customizing and conceptual design of SAP solutions
• Good knowledge of SAP Technology and SAP Security
• Knowledge of SAP Basis
• Project Management skills
• Very good command of English
• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to travel (up to 40% of working time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage applications and services within the landscape with focus on SAP ERP, SAP S/4 Hana
• Ensure a smooth operation of the IT applications in close cooperation with IT team members in Germany as well as the contracted service providers
• Support and consulting of internal company business units and customers in the company group in IT-related issues in the SAP environment
• Conceptual design and implementation of SAP system architecture, system management functions and security features within the  IT landscape
• Continuous monitoring of interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage
• Derive necessary technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis, plan and implement the same in direct interaction with Customer, IT team and service providers
• Create IT specifications from customer requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Handling of Incidents and Change Requests
• Drive automation and digitization in IT and the supported processes
• Manage and support projects in the field of  IT (e.g. international roll-out of solutions, IT harmonization projects, implementation of new functionalities)
• Support customer projects and internal projects in terms of project planning and execution
