Requirements

• University degree
• Fluent knowledge of German
• Good command of English (min. B1/B2)
• Experience in Administration/Customer Service area will be an asset
• Customer orientation with can-do approach
• Very good communications skills
• Open and positive attitude :)
• Independent and systematic approach to work
• PC literate

Responsibilities

• Delivering administrative support (e.g. onboarding new customers into the system, updating policy holder details) to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors)
• Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times
• Dealing with standard administration requests
• Preparing relevant documentation 
• Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the department
