Kingfisher is currently opening a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the company’s internal department.


Requirements:

  • Professional experience in providing payroll services (e.g. verifying paysheets, checking payroll data)
  • Experience in managing personnel administration will be an asset
  • Good command of English (min. B1/B2)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to organize workload
  • Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities:

  • Providing support in calculation of payroll (checking paysheets, contact with external accounting firm)
  • Keeping records of holidays, sick leaves, medical  examinations, health and safety training etc.
  • Personnel administration and document flow management
  • Helping with preparation of ZUS declarations
  • Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system
  • Being a contact person for employee queries about the payroll issues
