Our Client is world's leading provider of talent management solutions. Currently we are looking for candidates interested in recruitment and sourcing area for locations in Kraków or Gdańsk.

Your responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as social media, networking and searching job boards
• Develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported
• Screening and reviewing applications
• Interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role
• Manage job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
• Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
• Ensure regular communication with the recruitment team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
• Update the recruitment system

Position requirements:

• Fluency in German and English both written and verbal
• Experience in engaging passive candidates with direct search methods
• Deep knowledge (or willingness to develop) in recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, HR area in general
• Ability to work in an international team and to take the initiative
• Can-do-attitude in dealing with your duties and cooperate with senior management
