Our Client, an international corporation, is opening for its European finance operations, a new SSC in Cracow. We are looking for candidate passionate about process automation and improvement.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in  process improvement/automation/system implementation
  • Experience in process transition
  • Advanced English
  • Availability for business trips 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define appropriate solutions
  • Knowledge of the SAP System, SharePoint, Databases or Business Intelligence would be an asset
  • Project Management certification would be an asset
  • Knowledge of SSC/BPO environment as well as understanding of financial processes will be highly appreciated


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting transition project based on internal rules, target, plan and budget
  • Building and developing positive relationships with company’ branches with ensuring proper communication and professional suport
  • Proactive cooperation with process executives and handling arising challenges with solution-oriented approach
  • Analyzing, identifying and automating of business processes and automation opportunities
  • Identifying and monitoring risk of implemented processes
  • Ensuring compliance of  transitions for each company’ branches
  • Internal reporting within the team and other business areas
