Kingfisher is currently opening a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in transition and/or  transformation of Operational Procurement
  • Understanding of end to end P2P process
  • Excellent spoken & written English (C1)
  • Customer Service oriented
  • People management experience
  • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • Knowledge of SAP SRM module is an asset
  • Willingness to travel (30-40% of time in first year)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in setting up Transactional Procurement operations in Krakow Shared Service Center
  • Manage the service to deliver a high quality, professional day to day service, within agreed SLAs.
  • The scope includes validation of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders creation in SAP, Complete Free Text Requests, verification of purchase requests quality and correct buying channel and Helpdesk
  • Manage the team of Transactional Procurement specialists
  • Identify and report savings opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • SLA/ KPI reporting
