Customer Service Specialist with Swedish and Finnish Ref. No: 6764

What do you need to have:

  • Fluency in Swedish and Finnish
  • Fluency in English 
  • First experiences in customer service would be an advantage
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)
  • Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP will be an asset
  • Organizational skills and initiative
  • Fast technical comprehension
  • A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability


What will you do:

  • Answer customers’ inquiries about usage of  logistics platform
  • Coordination of system implementations and project tasks
  • Provide training for key users and ensure the continuous support of the users of the systems
  • Creation of expense analysis for the desired customer requirements in collaboration with the development team
  • Establish and maintain customer relations
  • Implementation of various marketing and sales activities
