For our Client - an international company we are looking for candidates to Finance Department.

Requirements:

• Good  knowledge of English and French
• Educational background in  Accounting or Finance would be an asset
• Previous experience on a similar position would be an asset
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good at problem solving and results driven
• Knowledge of MS Excel

Responsibilities (depends on a team):

Accounts Payable

• Posting of invoices, solving of price and quantity differences, processing non-PO invoices
• Managing AP related documentation and resolving AP related issues
• Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvements initiatives to increase the efficiency of performed processes, process Travel & Expenses documents

 

General Ledger

• Performing Fixed Asset accounting
• Reconciling Intercompany transactions
• Performing journal entry processing
• Reconciling dedicated GL accounts, resolving any unreconciled items
