Payroll Support Specialist Ref. No: 6778

Kingfisher is currently opening a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the company’s internal department.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of  experience in a payroll area
  • Working knowledge of preparing payroll data (keeping time-sheets, calculating leaves, preparing tax settlements etc.)
  • Good English (min. B1/B2)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to organize workload
  • Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities:

  • Providing support in calculation of payroll
  • Establishing and running personal records, keeping records of holidays, sick leaves, medical  examinations, health and safety training, performing maternity payments
  • Helping with preparation of ZUS declarations and handling tax
  • Answering employee’s questions
  • Preparing documents regarding hiring and termination
  • Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system
