Our client is a leading international unit for certification of safety and quality for products, services and management system. Due to the opening of new Shared Service Center in Katowice we are looking for candidates with financial background.

Your qualifications:

• University/College degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar)
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment
• Good command of German - B2
• Good command of English – min. B1
• Knowledge of ERP system, SAP will be an asset
• Previous experience with process documentation
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Willingness to travel during the transition phase
• Interpersonal/communication skills
• Orientation towards client

Your tasks:

• Performs various operational activities within an Accounts Receivable area
• Performs billing, prepares invoices and/or other documentation and sends them to the clients
• Matches incoming payments against open items, investigates any differences
• Reviews customer accounts and performs dunning activities
• Prepares input for revenue calculation
• Performs intercompany reconciliation
• Accurately and timely performs all month end closing activities
• Ensures that financial records are kept in accordance with compliance requirements
• Communicates with internal and external SSC customer in an effective and efficient manner
• Reports periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
• Participates in process migration
• Prepares process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps
• Participates in continuous process improvement
• Trains junior staff and supervises some of the junior staff’s activities
