Our client is a leading international unit for certification of safety and quality for products, services and management system. Due to the opening of new Shared Service Center in Katowice we are looking for candidates with financial background.

Your qualifications:

• University/College degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment
• Good command of German - B2
• Good command of English – B2
• Knowledge of ERP system, SAP will be an asset
• Previous experience with process documentation
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Willingness to travel during the transition phase
• Interpersonal/communication skills
• Orientation towards client

Your tasks:

• Performs various operational activities within a General Ledger area
• Prepares and posts Journal Entries
• Monitors GL accounts
• Supports Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Supports Month End Closing process
• Prepares assigned reports on regular basis
• Reports periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
• Possible participation in process migration
• Prepares process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps
• Participates in continuous process improvement
