Your role:

The Localisation Project Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Localisation Project Manager, to assist with project scheduling, resourcing and reporting, to ensure effective delivery of projects and campaigns.

 

Planning

• Support the creation of project plans to set and manage the schedule for completing work across multiple languages
• Monitor progress against the project schedule to make certain projects are kept on track and report any conflicts or issues to be resolved to the Senior Localisation Project Manager

Development and implementation

• Manage and maintain the roadmap of localisation work
• Work with the Localisation team for input on priorities and to determine when necessary to outsource materials to external localisation vendors
• Contribute to the implementation of localisation process improvements

Management and reporting

• Ensure roadmaps, timelines, status reports, etc., are kept up to date and communicated to delivery teams
• Monitor localisation quotes and costs against the annual localisation budget
• Track and raise POs for third party vendors to ensure timely invoicing
• Approve and monitor localisation requests
• Assist in compiling reports and analysis based on JIRA project data

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in end to end coordination of projects across multiple geographies and teams 
• Knowledge of localisation processes and CAT tools is beneficial, particularly SDL Trados Studio and MultiTerm 
• Experience using JIRA or other project management systems is advantageous
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages are beneficial
• Understands the role of localisation in international rollout of marketing campaigns and projects
