Requirements:

• University degree in the technical field (e.g.: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, materials engineering, physics etc.)
• Due to the high degree of internationalization of the work content; fluent oral and written English, and minimum communicative level of German
• Analytical and detail-oriented skills, with high degree of self-responsibility, delivering strong level of service
• Curiosity for knowledge from various technical fields
• Able to learn quickly and interested in developing a career in field in a long-term
• Experience in patent searches and understanding of patent law appreciated

Responsibilities:

• Patent and non-patent literature searches to determine the patentability of an invention or identify conflicts with patented solutions
• Professional database research in the area of ​​Intellectual Property protection
• Preparation of research reports after insightful analysis of the gathered data
• Summarizing the content of a patents to produce clear and concise evidence
• Supporting in patent creation activities (key area of interest identification such as what is new, invention usability and advantages)
• Managing of company internal Intellectual Property documentation and processes
• Communicating with the clients for feedbacks and queries
• Creating and maintaining strong partnership relation with clients and supportive attitude towards colleagues
