For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we currently looking for: Senior HR Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6  years of professional HR experience in production or/and automotive environment
  • University degree
  • Strong analytical skills to work comfortable with data to develop and analyze information, making recommendations
  • English C1
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies, as well as good understanding of HR legislation
  • Able to work independently, think strategically and partner on business /HR initiatives
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as writing articles
  • Task oriented, self-driven, enthusiastic

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the internal or external recruitment processes as well as on-boarding processes
  • Manage the Employer Branding activities including internal communication
  • Ensure the employee's career path, training needs and budgeting planning with execution
  • Lead main HR projects such as employee development, recruitment, compensation etc.
  • Monitor market trends and business needs to advise and recommend compensation and benefits changes
  • Support in budgeting compensation and benefits
