Group Travel Manager within Group Purchasing Ref. No: 6826

Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Responsibilities:

  • Daily relationship with the Global Account Manager of the Travel Agency and the Group Purchasing Manager
  • Organisation of Travel Management Company (TMC) Global Business reviews with the Global Account Manager, engagement of other relevant functions with the Group Purchasing Manager
  • Co-ordination of TMC Local Business reviews organisation, follow-up of local action plans
  • Definition and monitoring of TMC KPI’s including quality of service, savings achievements
  • Administrator of the TMC Portal
  • Business intelligence on the Business Travel market (new suppliers, new services, new ways of working) with the Group Purchasing Manager
  • Point of contact for any Business Travel related questions, creation and animation of the “Travel network”
  • Co-construction of the Group Travel & Meetings Programme (airlines, hotels, etc.) with the Group Purchasing Manager
  • Project Manager for TMC and/or new Business Travel tool/service implementation
  • Ensure trainings to the different tools to new comers, when relevant
  • Monitoring of Travel policy compliance, construction of action plans where relevant and drive update projects
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Member of the crisis unit for Travellers safety


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Travel Management & Procurement  
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or analytics
  • Excellent spoken & written English (C1)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills at various levels of organizations
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience in project management, ability to deal with conflicting priorities
  • Frequent travelling to other European countries
