What do you need to have?

  • Fluent knowledge of Italian
  • Good command of English (min. B1/B2)
  • Experience in a customer service area will be an asset
  • Customer orientation with can-do approach
  • Open and positive attitude :) 
  • High ethical standards and orientation to detail 
  • Independent and systematic approach to work
  • Flexibility in working hours as well as capability to multi-task 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Providing daily support for the company’s clients (insurance companies, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors)
  • Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times
  • Dealing with standard administration requests, preparing preparation of a suite of standard letters
  • Maintaining database by entering/searching/changing  information, documentation processes in the internal company’s systems
  • Assiting in achieving the overall objectives of the department
